Stranger from Shaolin

Absolutely can not overlook the Kung Fu classic - Stranger From Shaolin.

It has some of the best and longest Wing Chun practice scenes by a female martial artist. Though not perfect, it's better than a lot of the real practice and training videos on YouTube!

She does the Little Idea form (Sil Lum Tao), 8 Slashing Broadsword (Baat Jam Dao/Butterfly Swords), rattan rings, dummy form, and the tripole.

She also works on her Thrusting Fingers (Bil Gee) with a pressure point dummy. And she even has a sparring session with Ng Mui.

A must see. A classic.

Response Jade, thanks for the heads up. I had no idea this movie has Wing Chun in it. It's on my list of must see Kung Fu movies... Rob

Beautiful Kung Fu Movie
by: Don C. Reed

a beautiful movie, i viewed it dozens of times, during the making of a school play about Wing Chun.

Comment: A school play about Wing Chun? Like an elementary school play, with little children? I'm just curious...
