Let's face it, Sifu isn’t always around. And, you’re busy with your job and probably don’t get to class as often as you want.

Life gets in the way: work, personal obligations, school, family…

I know because it happens to me.

But, you don't have to let "Life" stop you or slow you down. Use it to make you better! Real life experiences make you a well- rounded martial artist.
